# Stack Foundry AI

> Stack Foundry AI is a UK, principal-led AI-native engineering consultancy. We embed fractional engineering leadership (CTO, Head of Engineering, Staff Engineer) to move teams to AI-native ways of working, and we build fast, secure, regulation-ready AI products. Our specialism is knowing when to use deterministic systems and classical ML (logistic regression, SVMs, NLP models) instead of an LLM: AI is more than LLMs. Trading name of Stack Foundry Ltd (England & Wales, company no. 16575652).

We focus on regulated, compliance-heavy industries: proptech, insurtech and healthtech. Buyers are commercial and technical leaders who own AI risk and outcomes. All work is led and delivered by the founder and principal architect, Joe Worsfold.
